Bosnian pot

Everyone should try dishes like the Bosnian pot (Bosanski lonac), a slow-roasted pot of meat and vegetables.

It is one of the most common Bosnian specialties. It is a thick, stew-like soup made with two or three types of meat, potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, pepper, salt and bay leaves. It is usually served in traditional Bosnian restaurants and ascinicas.
